- LEED AP BD&C Professional, by the US Green Building Council.

- iCAST Residential Energy Efficiency Auditor Certified.

- VA Clinic Oceanside-MOB Out-Patient Clinic; Oceanside, CA.
A 65,465-square-foot, two-story clinic that will offer veterans primary care, mental health, dental, optometry, orthopedics as well as compensation and pension evaluation services, among others. (Architect: Smith Consulting Architects) (Project Cost=$26 million)
- Bridgepoint Edu-Full Service Cafeteria; San Diego, CA.
A 10,000-sf Cafeteria/Servery & Kitchen, with major roof renovations to accommodate mechanical equipment, and specialty finishes, such as Custom Wood sliding doors with Nathan Allen Specialty Bubble Glass windows, Zolotone Paint, Custom SS Light Soffit with Specialty Acrylic Diffusers and Tile floors throughout. (Architect: ID Studios) (Kitchen Consultant: Orness Design Group, inc) (Project Costs=$1.75 million)
- Bridgepoint Edu-Tenant Improvements; San Diego, CA.
A 150,000-sf, 6-story, class ‘A’ tenant improvement, with high end specialty finishes such as Armstrong Infusion Ceiling Panels, Zolotone Paint, Nathan Allen Specialty Glass, Custom Millwork, Custom Water Features, and High end A/V equipment throughout. (Architect: ID Studios) (Project Cost=$13 Million)
- Marcus Evans-Tenant Improvements; San Diego, CA.
Minor renovations and updating to an existing suite. Project consisted of added sound proofing for adjacent tenants, new carpet tiles throughout and wood flooring in the entry, new painting, and Glass Herculite doors. (Project Cost=$25k)
- Kilroy Sabre Springs-Site Improvements; San Diego, CA.
A Major renovation of the sitework and landscaping, with over 75,000-sf of colored and specialty concrete, totaling approx $250,000 in renovations; and included a custom dewatering system to feed the landscape irrigation, using zero potable water to irrigate the site. Project was phased, to minimize impact to tenants, and finished with a complete parking lot resurfacing. (Landscape Architect: Nowell & Associates) (Project Cost=$250k)
- Kilroy Sabre Springs II-Core & Shell Office Building (Awards: USGBC LEED Silver Certification); San Diego, CA.
A 6-story, steel frame with lightweight concrete decks, exterior facade composed of stone veneer and Reynobond composite panels, Class ‘A’ Core & Shell Office space. (Architect: Hanna Gabriel Wells) (Awards: USGBC LEED Silver Certification) (Project Cost=$15 Million)
- Kilroy Sabre Springs II-Parking Structure; San Diego, CA.
A 6-level (2 subterranean) parking structure, using both Cast-In-Place & Hanson Precast Concrete methods. Subterranean construction required a 12-Well dewatering system, and Blasting to excavate the footings due to bedrock. (Architect: Hanna Gabriel Wells) (Project Cost=$12 Million)
- Santa Fe Summit-Intuit Campus, San Diego, CA.
A Four 4-story office buildings totaling 480,000sf and one 4-story parking garage totaling 397,000sf. Each building is Type II construction and is roughly 120,000sf (Architect: Hanna Gabriel Wells) (Awards: Excellence in Construction Awards, ABC San Diego, 2007) (Project Cost=$35 Million)
